A perfect bowl of pho, right here in Footscray
Sapa Hills is an acclaimed Vietnamese restaurant in Footscray with fanatic regulars who travel out of their way just to get their fix of noodle soup. Their perfect beef-based fragrant bowl originally comes from the Sapa region in Northwest Vietnam. While pho speciality restaurants are now everywhere in Australia, Sapa Hills restaurant has distinguished itself from the rest. Fresh ingredients are delightfully tasted through the clear lean broth.

Sapa Hills is not just about their signature pho. Their menu list is extensive with everything Vietnamese from South and North. Egg Noodle Soup with Steamed Duck is a special gem. Mildly sweet soup, boiled to soft duck meat, and refreshing vegetables are a sophisticated combination to go with the pleasant texture of egg noodles.

The restaurant offers a unique listing of beers, including 333, a French brand commonly drank in Vietnam, and tropical drinks to maximize your experience.

The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated. Open until 10 pm, the vibe is right for casual dining with friends and family.
