Saturday 18 December 2021 from 9.30am to 4pm ACDT is the time when Santa's Coming To Prospect; Vine Street Plaza, Prospect to be exact. He'll actually be arriving from the North Pole to Powerhouse Gym at 8.15am and between 8.30am and 9.20am, Santa will be cruising around on his scooter to local Prospect businesses supporting this event. At 9.25am Santa arrives at CIBO Prospect, and by 9.30am, Santa, Anita from CIBO and Labour's Lucy Hood will officially open CIBO's Christmas Cave, and so the festivities begin. To be a part of this free event, you need to register your attendance, be Covid-safe and follow all regulations in place.

There'll be lots to keep the kids happy, including decorating their very own Christmas baubles, or even a gingerbread man ornament. Look forward to bubble wands and lolly bags from Santa's Elves and help decorate CIBO's Christmas tree and of course, have a chat with Santa and take a selfie. Be sure to hang on to your receipt of purchase, whether it be food from Lions Club or a coffee or treat from CIBO's, as it's your ticket to get into the Christmas Cave for kids activities, so go ahead and support local sponsors (Lions Club, CIBO Prospect, Wildfusion Florist, Wishing Notes) by buying from them on the day. Highlighted below for easy viewing are a few timeframes so you don't miss out.


You'll find the Lions Club Stall amongst the pop-up Christmas Markets lining Vine Street Plaza. Come along and shop from SA artists and local small businesses as they showcase beautiful handmade products. Show your support and grab a bargain in the new and pre-loved stalls.
