Kangarilla will be on the top of our list for day trips this Christmas. This is the second year of Kangarilla Progress Association's Christmas Capers. Also known as Santarilla, the first year was such a success that the City of Onkaparinga awarded the community of Kangarilla with the Mayoral Civic Achievement Award for Community Spirit.

Take a drive through Kangarilla and you'll spot Santas in many shapes and forms in all sorts of locations (pictured is Santa busy on his tractor in the vineyard and Father Fitmas). This year, the community of Clarendon are joining in - so there'll be no shortage of Santas!

This is sure to be a sight not to be missed - a must do for a relaxing day trip. While you're there, stop at the Clarendon Bakery (it's full of delectable, freshly baked goodies).

My friend was telling me about these just this week and strongly recommended that I go for a drive and see them! They look like fun!

This year I liked the tightrope walking Santa and the surfing Santa for originality.
The Santa’s are a real treat, a fun drive with the entertainment game of Santa Spotting.
Thank you to the community of Kangarilla.
