The Hatha yoga class is a suitable introduction to help create awareness and positioning. More experienced participants can use the session to "slow down, and feel more in to their practice whilst building strength."
Sandy guided the class with calm, confidence and inner strength, encouraging all participants to work their bodies to what they felt comfortable with and helping newcomers. The pace of each class reflects on the needs of each individual. Blankets, rolls and soothing eye pads are provided as needed.
Sandy is supported with experienced instructors who offer a range of classes to suit all needs from Vinyasa and Yin to Restorative Yoga. The pace of each class reflects on the needs of the individual student, leaving you feeling strong, refreshed, connected and calm. A good summary of the types of each class is on the website.
