I straddle between two technology worlds. One is the euphemistic Apple and the other is Samsung. I went into this shop out of necessity, because I couldn't get a couple of things on my Samsung phone to work, and then came back to get service and advice for my tablet. Both times, I got what I required to not to have a technology meltdown.
A couple of quick things to note for this shop. They have queues (although, it may not look like it). Make sure you go to the person who takes down your name, contact number and what your issue is. That same person will be able to give you an idea of waiting time.
In some instances, they will even arrange to SMS you when your spot is up in the queue. There is also a place on the Samsung shop website where you can book yourself into the queue at a time that works for you.
