A hole-in-the-wall that packs its punch in service
Celebrating their third anniversary under new ownership, Samson & Sophie are as quaint and homely as ever. This hole in the wall may be small, but it packs a real punch when it comes to customer service, food and coffee. Throughout the week, Samson & Sophie cater to a range of locals in the neighbouring apartment and office spaces and on the weekend, becomes a cornucopia for Brisbane foodies to explore. The best part is, the owners are almost always there presenting as part of their dedicated team and it truly makes the difference for their regular traffic.
Their menu reflects an Australian breakfast with a twist, encompassing flavours from all around the globe. Turkish Eggs, Persian Avocado and Shakshouka are all popular choices among the guests, while Samson & Sophie serve up a perfectly poured cup of coffee every time. They often have flavoursome once-off menu items that include their crowd favourite Chinese Egg White Omelette.
Samson & Sophie are not only dog-friendly, but their menu includes ice cream-esque treats for your four-legged friend. Likewise, they have a special grass patch and water bowl to keep the fur-babies in tow. Fairly priced and open from 6am during the week and 7am on weekends, Samson & Sophie are an upcoming player as one of Brisbane's finest spots. Don't miss out on their next moves!
