Country charm
Imagine strolling around market stalls amongst the leafy grounds of a charming church, set against a backdrop of rolling green hills and majestic mountain ranges, with organic coffee in hand and clean country air in your lungs. This could be your Saturday morning at the Samford Valley Markets.

[ADVERT]Held from 7.00am - 12.00pm on the second Saturday of each month in the gorgeous grounds of St Paul's Anglican Church, these country markets have become a local institution, and attract visitors from far and wide. And St. Paul's generously donate a percentage of stallholder fees to a nominated charity each month.

With between 40 and 50 stalls the markets offer fresh farm produce, plants, herbs and spices, gluten free products, homemade baked goods, hot foods and organic tea and coffee.

There are specialty stores selling quality handmade goods, children's clothing and toys, home decor and books, with buskers on hand to entertain.

Samford is a stunning place to visit so why not make a day of it? After the markets, head into the Village and have some lunch at
the Flying Nun Cafe, satisfy a sweet tooth at the Platform 30 chocolate shop, explore the Samford Museum and from there take the Samford Valley Heritage Trail walk.
