What do Bees, Money, Roses and Waste Management have in common?

They are all topics being covered by experienced and passionate speakers and presenters at the 2015 Samford Valley Garden & Lifestyle Expo.

Following the success of last year's inaugural event, the Samford Valley Garden & Lifestyle Expo returns to Samford Showground this weekend!

The community event will inspire and excite both new and experienced gardeners and there will be much to see and do!

Come and peruse a diverse range of exhibitors and retailers. There will be a selection of stalls offering plants, garden products, equipment and supplies, as well as craft and giftware and local community services.

Plus event-goers will have the opportunity to participate in informative talks and demonstrations; these sessions will cover a range of gardening and lifestyle topics. Participating in the event program are:

  • Dr John Stanisic, also known as the 'Snail Whisperer', Australia's foremost expert on land snails, having been the Curator of Molluscs at the Queensland Museum for over 25 years until 2006

  • Bob Luttrell, better known as Bob the Beeman, is sought out by researchers the world over as the 'Go To' expert on sting-less bees.

The talks and demonstrations will he held in small groups to ensure an intimate atmosphere.
