July school holidays are fast approaching in South Australia and if you are desperately looking for fun activities to keep the kids entertained then the Salisbury Library Service has a range of great fun and entertainment for your child.
Children aged from 4 to 8 years can select from Dinosaurs Rock, Lego, movies and games amongst a wealth of other amazing fun activities in a variety of locations.
Mawson Lakes Library will delight those 10 years and over with Introduction to Robotics and Lego Mindstorms on 19 July 2017 from 3.30 pm to 5 pm. What a great way to get your child started on a lifelong journey combining Lego and Robotics. Cost is $5 per child.
Come along to the Salisbury West Library on Friday 14 July 2017 for Games Galore. There are two sessions – 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm. This free event will have children of all ages interacting and playing jumbo board games such as Giant Connect Four.
Len Beadell Library will present the Children's University Lecture – Weird and Wonderful Wildlife on Wednesday 19 July 2017 from 2 pm to 3 pm. This lecture on evolution and those with a Children's University Passport can bring it along to have it stamped. Non-passport holders are welcome.
