As part of the northern suburbs, Salisbury is a fantastic eclectic mix of over 40 different nationalities and cultures. The Salisbury Food and Cultural Festival on Saturday 2 November 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm will showcase amazing local cuisine in a great outdoor setting from many of these cultures, enabling visitors to truly immerse themselves in the culture of the fabulous north.
With free entry, this full day of entertainment and activities for kids and adults will be sure to delight. With the festival commencing at 11 am, the timing provides the perfect opportunity to grab some yummy food and then settle on in for an afternoon of entertainment from a variety of performers. Enjoy the artistry of the Allistragh School of Irish Dance, Bosnian Seniors "Optimists" Folk Dance Group or Belly Dance Elysium or maybe kick back and relax to the sounds of the City of Elizabeth Pipe Band, Burundian Drummers or local music talent Pat Trimboli with Australian cultural songs with a splash of Italy. There is entertainment for all with a fantastic line up that will last the day.
