A good Salami is worth waiting for
Learn how to make salami from scratch with Andrew Morabito who will share his 25 years of knowledge with you, as well as some southern Italian secrets to salami making.

Happening at The Essential Ingredient in Surry Hills Sunday October 27 from 9.30 - 12.30pm, the class also includes lunch and a glass of wine. Learn about the different meats you can use as well as the seasoning and curing process.

Your perfectly cured salami will be aged in the maturing cabinets of the TAFE Granville College and will be ready to collect in six weeks from the class at The Essential Ingredient Rozelle.

St Margaret's Car Park at 417-435 Bourke Street, Surry Hills is a great option for parking with 80 spaces available and a 5-minute walk from the Cooking School. Casual parking rates after 5pm are $4/hour.

Can't come today. When is the next class? Would love to make a salami like my Italian immigrant butcher father (from Fruili) used to make. I remember all too well having to mince the pork after he slaughtered the 'maiale'. "Less fat" for his recipe! Saluti.
