Salacious is an emerging band based in Melbourne. After only 3 shows they have a huge following and are already shining confidence when they perform.
If you're a fan of RnB, soul and funk then you'll love Salacious as they play the classics with a twist. The band consists of 2 female singers whose harmonies compliment each other, a talented guitarist and bass guitarist, a drummer, keyboarder and an M.C/ Rapper who riles up the crowd and gets everybody involved.

Already the band are forming plans of utilising their huge following by holding a benefit for The Peter Mac Foundation, to help research for cancer patients. Details have just been announced and the guest list already has confirmation of nurses, doctors and even patients working and living with cancer everyday. Not to mention the amazing Karl Dimachkii from X-Factor, who is actually a cancer survivor himself.

As if that wasn't enough, it seems some of the friendliest people in Melbourne seem to attend these shows, so if you feel like meeting new people, listening to some fantastic music and helping out a good cause then you needn't look further.
As the band and fan base grows, more fundraisers are sure to follow. Salacious is definitely a band making a difference and it's certainly a good feeling being involved.
