The Ekka may be the big August show in town but a little bit of the country and a whole lotta' fun is coming to Park Ridge on Saturday 31 August 2019 and you don't want to miss out. Saint Philomena School is hosting its first ever Country Fairfrom 10am to 4pm with rides, food, stalls, face painting, raffles, a bar, and much, much more. Come along to 61 Koplick Road, Park Ridge and join in all the fun that's way cheaper than the Ekka. Entry is FREE.
Saint Philomena School, a small independent Catholic school, is commemorating its 20th birthday in 2019 and the Country Fair is its signature event for their year-long celebrations. Park Ridge used to be a sleepy semi-rural pocket of Brisbane's south but in recent years it has burgeoned into a major growth corridor with development of new communities and businesses. Saint Philomena School is smack bang in the middle of all the action. And the action at the Country Fair on Saturday 31 August will be epic with something for everyone in the family.
Kids big and small are guaranteed to enjoy the rides (Saint Philomena students voted for their favourites) and parents will enjoy this special offer: If you pre-purchase your ride band by Monday 26 August you'll have unlimited access to the Jurassic Adventure jumping castle, the giant slide, the teacups ride, the Roundup ride and the animal farm between 10.30am and 3.30pm for only $15!After 26 August tickets will be $20 per person.
