Saffire in Coles Bay is definitely one of Tasmania's finest destinations. Set back from the water's edge it is barely visible on the landscape yet has commanding views of the whole bay and the Hazard Mountains in the distance.
It is a superb place to stay and enjoy Wineglass Bay, or to try fresh oysters from the estuary, but if you have done all that and are looking for that experience which beats all others then perhaps these might be some options for you to consider.
The first has to do with the bubbly stuff - the best of course. Sparkling Saffire Weekend
