Discover an ‘off the beaten track’ lookout
Nestled up in the mountains of picturesque Kiama, a wondrous "off the beaten track" lookout lies. The spectacular and awe-inspiring Saddleback Mountain Lookout can be found here with offerings that make any nature photographer's dream come true!
Endless awe-inspiring views can be seen from Saddleback Mountain Lookout...
The lookout sits on the Saddleback Mountain with a rising about 600-metres above sea level on the Illawarra escarpment and offers panoramic 360-degree views from Cronulla to Jervis Bay as well as views of Noorinan Mountain which sits 662-metres above sea level, Barron Grounds Plateau on the west and south to Coolangatta Mountain and Pigeon House Mountain to Ulladulla.
There is Hoddles Track bushwalk which is located near Rotary Lookout. The track is 6.3km (2:37hr) return with a 389-metre climb. The walk leads to Barron Grounds Nature Reserve, passing Saddleback Mountain Summit, Saddleback Mountain Firetrail, Kiama Municipal Council, Jamberoo, Illawarra, Hoddles Road, Foxground and finally to Barron Grounds.
