Free guided tours of the SA Water plants
We all need water to survive. Our human body consists of up to 75% water and cannot last more than a few days without it. Water is essential for most of our body functions including blood, digestive juices, muscle, fat, bones, etc. It is an important substance and there would have been no life on earth without water.
In South Australia, SA Water plays a crucial role in managing our state's water services. Safe clean drinking water is provided to over a million people. And once used, the wastewater is removed and treated.
We are privileged to be able to tour three of the SA Water plants (for free) and learn more about water.
