Rustic Board reminds me of the rustic cool inner west cafe culture. This recently done up café looks fantastic with the wooden crate lighting, high wooden tables, outdoor seating and of course the food being served on a rustic board.
With a menu that varies to a rustic panini with fillings of chicken, ham, jamon and vegetarian options; salads; trusty fish and chips, pasta and dose of Korean food into the mix.
The bibimbap wrap caught my eye and had me intrigued. Bibimbap is a Korean mixed rice dish with vegetables but Rustic Board have changed the concept to a burrito style wrap, this I had to try. Crammed full with grilled vegetables, marinated beef and egg, deliciously flavoursome and a real winner for me.
