Pausing and quietening our mind gives us this valuable perspective.Trans Genesis is excited to be hosting their first residential retreat from December 1 to 3. The has been exclusively designed for guests to rest before Christmas and enjoy good company. The three-day retreat will be held in the comfortable and quiet surrounds of Chittering Valley - a stress-free, 45-minute drive from Joondalup!Over the three enlightening days, participants will partake in yoga sessions, simple, mind quietening meditations, chakra balancing, walks on the property and fun introspective sessions. As part of the experience delicious home cooked meals will be served each day plus some surprise treats!The retreat will be facilitated by Meditation & Yoga teacher trainer, coach & mentor Patti, who first presented meditation & yoga weekend retreats in Perth in 1983. Patti's Qualifications include Bachelor of the Science of Creative Intelligence, Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainer, Certificate IV Mentoring & Life Coaching, Certificate IV Training & Assessment. The retreat cost is per person and includes single and twin share accommodation with linen, all meals and afternoon teas, and the weekend program. Arrival time is from 4pm for evening dinner Friday and finishing Sunday afternoon tea time:$575 single or $525 twin share when booked by November 15 (Non-refundable - transferable - deposit of $250 due upon booking)$595 single or $545 twin share thereafter (Non-refundable - transferable - deposit of $250 due upon booking)Balance of the retreat payment is due by November 29th.
