With many taking the time to train up, up-skill and rethink their lives after ISO, Running Free by ACMI run a twice-weekly series of workshops made for and by screen industry professionals and is delivered completely free and online. Workshops are uploaded to ACMI's YouTube Channelevery Wednesday and Friday at 10am. During the workshop, presenters are available to answer your questions via YouTube live chat, and the events are hosted by Denise Eriksen and Esther Coleman Hawkins from Media Mentors. This is a strictly online-only series and presented in partnership with Media Mentors and ACMI.

Though this may be aimed for screen industry professionals; with a lot of the younger generation interested in the screen industry, our young and upcoming professionals can learn a lot from these workshops that you can view online and catch-up on past events, if you have missed them thus far.
Catch up on topics like - Screenwriting, where do you start?; What makes a good factual story?; Visual Storytelling; What you need to know to be a videographer; Budgeting 101; Lighting for Beginners and so on. As you can see, many interesting topics for our young and uprising generation wanting to get a taste of the industry. They exist to assist creatives to find their way in the vibrant, difficult, fabulous and exciting screen industry.
