So I bet your all thinking "another day in little Adelaide - no theme parks, no Wet'n'Wild parks for the steamy months of summer," where it can feel like everyone has their eyes glued to that spare tire you've been trying to lose since winter.
Well guess again. Adelaide has some of the most jaw-dropping designer stores around, just the thing to sink your teeth into. Or your wallet.



From the iconic Rundle Mall and the even more iconic malls balls, to the sun kissed Jetty Road of Glenelg, there are always little gems to be found.

Rundle Mall is one of the most well-known shopping districts in Adelaide, and with people all around the world putting it on their schedule, you can assume it's worth taking that little bit of time from resting those heels to find out why.

With the hustle and bustle of happy shoppers and the street performers earning that little bit of extra cash for your entertainment there is more than enough entertainment and excitement in this shopping wonderland.

Almost every store you have your eyes set upon is open 7 happy days a week, which makes for no excuses for a good shop, and with over 1,000 retail stores and services how could you say no?

If you are one of those unlucky individuals with a full time job you are still in luck. Rundle Mall is open for late night shopping Friday nights until 9:00pm, but don't leave before you get the chance to have your photo taken with the famous Rundle Mall pigs.



With the stores open late it's perfect for a fabulous run around to every shop that catches your eye, with just enough time to catch a bite from one of the drool-worthy restaurants on Rundle Street with your secret love affair.

The mall has also upped its trading hours till 7:00pm Monday-Thursday, opening at 9:00am Monday through to Saturday.
The friendly employees of the stores of Rundle Mall need a weekend too so they're closed from 5:00pm Saturday and trading times for Sunday are 11:00am till 5:00pm.

So forget those heel burning stilettos for a day and get those joggers on, you'll thank me when you're done.
