Since we had a 40% discount coupon for Ruby Tuesday, we decided to give it a try. Four of us went to Ruby Tuesday Tsim Sha Tsui last week. We arrived around 7pm and the restaurant was more than half full. Lucky we booked our table in advance.

Together with my friends, we ordered the following dishes:

Entree:
1.Mushroom Caesar salad
2.California Club Quesadilla
3.Onion Rings
4.Potato Skins

Main:
5.Parmesan Shrimp Pasta
6.Rib Eye
7.Chicken Bella

Drinks:
8.Tropical Sunrise

Dessert:
9.Ice Cream Sundae
10.New York Cheesecake

The Mushroom Caesar salad was a generous portion and tasted so good. We added extra mushroom in this dishes. It was just so yummy.

California Club Quesadilla - This is my favorite dish, inside it has roasted chicken, avocado, bacon, cheese and diced tomatoes.

The shrimp pasta is tasted okay, but we found that the cream sauce was too heavy for us.

Rib Eye - cooked in medium well, not chewy at all. The ribs were very tasty.

Chicken Bella - I love this dish. It was served with mashed potatoes and salad.

Dessert:
A very big portion. We couldn't finish it all by ourselves.



Drinks:
The mega size drinks were just huge!

Since we had a discount coupon, the cost was around $1000 HKD.

Currently Ruby Tuesday have loyalty programs. Pay around $250 to join the loyalty program then you will receive a 50% off discount on food and beverages 7 days a week within 180 days.

Overall this was a good satisfactory dinner and we definitely will come back again, namely because we will receive a 50% off discount on all meals now!
