ABOUT RTRFM RADIO
In case you do not know, RTRFM is an independent, non-profit community radio station based in Perth. The name itself is a play on "aRTy Radio", and signifies the station's strong focus on local arts, music and culture

They broadcast on the 92.1 frequency, on digital and streaming online 24/7 at rtrfm.com.au.

THE BEGINNING
The station began way back in 1977, and was Perth's first ever FM radio station! In those days, it was known as 6UWA and broadcast from studios on the grounds of the University of Western Australia.
