This year it will be on Sunday 19th May 2019. Organisers expect about 8,000 people and their dogs will attend and walk to give their support to the animals that are so in need.
The RSPCA needs funds and this is their largest fundraising event of each year. Money is raised through online fundraising and merchandise. They help many hundreds of animals who are ill-treated and just need a home.
It will be held at the Sir James Mitchell Park from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm. Get your tickets at their website and you can also find the nearest walk to your home at this site.
It does not matter about the size, age or breed of your dog as all dogs are welcome on this day out. The only stipulation is that they must be vaccinated, friendly and socialised. Even if you do not have four-legged friend, you are still welcome to walk in this event.

Each year, the RSPCA helps many thousands of rescued animals - ones that have been tied up and left to starve, those wandering the streets and lost, those being mistreated and so much more. They walk towards a future free from neglect, cruelty and abuse. Until that day the RSPCA will be here for every animal that needs their help.
Without the public's help, they simply would not be able to do all that they currently do to help countless animals.
Your four-legged friends are relying on you so get started in your fundraising and walking the dog.
