Looking for something to do on the Queen's Birthday long weekend? Queenie's Traditional Tea House in Nundah is celebrating Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee on Monday, June 11, 2012 from 12pm until 2pm.

Put on your prettiest frock and get ready to party like a princess. The Royal Tea Party is going to be a gala event with high tea fit for a queen. Feast on ribbon sandwiches, cakes, scones, sweets, and savouries. Choose from over one hundred loose leaf teas.

Queenie's has been serving high tea since 2002, before it became popular in Australia. They take high tea seriously at Queenie's. For proper high tea etiquette, click here.

Tickets cost $35 per person. Bookings are essential.
