This is a filmed performance from the world renown Royal Opera House in London. Filmed in stunning detail, you'll feel like you're actually there, watching a live performance. A fine way to close the season, there's additional choreography by the first ever Artist in Residence Liam Scarlett and designs by artist and theatre designer John Macfarlane.
Scarlett took up the challenge in tandem with designer Macfarlane, to take on a huge undertaking of a new production of Swan Lake. This first staging of a 19th-century ballet strikes a balance between tradition and a renewed attention to character detail.
