Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag
#FW50th for not only the chance to see your face on the big screen during the show, but you'll also
go into the draw to win a Wallis cinema gold pass valued at $1820.
The Show is also a great opportunity to educate the public about farming and for you to see the cattle up close. From your
Angus beef cattle to the
Guernseys, a not so common dairy cattle breed in Australia, you'll also find a sheep feature event, the
Merino School Wether Competition (
Wed 4 Sep at 9am at Sheep & Wool Pavilion). Renmark High School Agriculture students are making their debut appearance. An opportunity at an event like this assists these students in exploring and gaining industry knowledge and hands-on experience in animal husbandry, nutrition, safety and teamwork.
If you really enjoy getting down to earth, then the
Horticulture Stage is for you. Hear from experts, enjoy masterclasses with industry experts and learn tips and tricks to not only get your garden looking tip top, but how to create the ultimate entertaining platter and ultimate school lunchbox. There's a ton of things to see, do and experience at the show. We've only just scratched the surface.
