I like to participate in life rather than be a spectator. Music, dancing, theatre, travelling, food, cycling and walking are some of my passions. Writing is an enjoyable pastime that allows me to share my experiences.
The starting area is at the main car park adjacent to the adventure playground. The course is two laps and is run on trail paths through natural bushland and on grass. The course is undulating and the grassy hill provides a fun challenge especially for those pushing prams.
Beautiful scenery and interesting trails are a given as are the friendly community of participants and volunteers. Everyone is welcome here including runners, joggers, walkers, well-managed dogs and children with responsible adults.

There is plenty of parking nearby, as well as toilets, a playground and BBQs. Bring your own drinking water as Rouse Hill Regional Park has rainwater tanks and the water needs to be boiled before drinking. Come along and join in on Saturday mornings just don't forget to register beforehand and bring your printed barcode.
