With over 140 market stalls, the Rotary Jacaranda Festival is not one to miss. It's a great time to get those unique gifts for Christmas at this FREE event. Saturday 23 November 2019 from 9.30am to 3.30pm is the date and time to head to Ardross St, Applecross.
A long-standing community event, there's food and drink stalls and a unique lineup of entertainment. The feel of community is unmissable and it's a great place to kick off the festival season. Quirky planters await from Pip & Squeak Ceramics for your unpotted succulents waiting for a home. Braw Paper Co Home & Giftware will bring the most beautiful home, giftware and stationary products inspired by the natural beauty of Australian land, seascapes, flora and fauna.
Go over and say hello to Daniel, a young man with Cerebral Palsy who runs his own t-shirt business. He designs his unique hand-drawn illustrations in the Perth hills and you'll find tees for men, women, kids and babies. Individually screen printed the old fashioned way onto 100% cotton tees, Daniel believes in giving back and donates 10% of the profits to the Ability Centre.
This is but a tiny snippet of over 140 stalls as aforementioned. It's not an event just for humans, you're welcome to bring your pooch as well. Check the event page's discussion section for updates and to get a preview of some of the stallholders.
