The Rotary Club of South Perth-Burswood are holding a Pre Loved Book Sale on Saturday 8th October, 2016. The proceeds from this sale will be used to continue their projects both here in Australia and overseas.

Rotary has 1.2 million members with more than 34,000 clubs worldwide. Members volunteer in communities for a great many causes, some of which include supporting education and job training, providing clean water, combating hunger, improving health and sanitation, and eradicating polio.

Rotary clubs are open to people of all cultures, ethnicity and gender, and they are not affiliated with political or religious organisations.

The Rotary Club of South Perth-Burswood meet on a Wednesday mornings, at 7 am - for a 7.20 am start at the Atrium Restaurant in the Crown Perth Complex, Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, and cost is $25.

It is a small Rotary club, as clubs go, however is dynamic and very active in the local community.
