The Rose Heritage Cafe doesn't provide your normal, run-of-the-mill cafe experience; it does much more than that. Situated in the idyllic surrounds of Melville Nurseries, just 25 minutes from Perth City, this is one of the most picturesque dining experiences in the Perth region.

The expansive gardens and rose nursery add to the charm of this unique place. The cafe itself is located midway up a gentle slope - a provincial French garden, Koi pond, various archways and boardwalks make this place perfect for just about any event or function. Their coffee and cake is amazing, too.

It's also more than likely that you'll be visited by a little furry creature if you choose to enjoy a meal on the cafe's veranda - native bandicoots are always to be seen hopping around, their sweet faces investigating the visitors.

Overall, you can't go wrong with this place. Even on a rainy winter's day, inside the cafe is cosy and snug. It is child-friendly, and the staff are always warm and helpful. It's a perfect day out.
