The is being held on Sunday 2 December from 12 noon to 4 pm.Entry to the these very beautiful Tibetan Buddhist Society 10-acre gardens at the Peaceful Land of Joy Meditation Centre in Yuroke is free.

Visitors to the Peaceful Land of Joy often remark upon the serenity and peace they feel on arrival. The garden open day is a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty and colour of the gardens, and to relax in a delightful haven of peace and tranquillity.

The gardens feature many varieties of colourful roses and salvias. There are hundreds of trees including golden robinias and Californian redwoods, many different coloured salvias, Japanese maples, olive groves, marigolds, sweeping lawns, a lake and a magnificent traditional Tibetan temple.

Opportunities to learn, relax, exploreThere are plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind, learn and explore.Bring family and friends and reconnect with nature. Wide areas of lawn and shade – perfect for a picnic and strolling and lakes to watch the birdlife.Alternatively, relax in the spacious outdoor café.
