I am a world traveller who likes to learn new places and faces, wander with my man wherever the wind blows, and bring my three young adventurers along for the ride. I also love a good coffee.

Chocolate fortune cookies = happiness

The Rose Garden is a nice clean restaurant in Union City. The restaurant has been around for a long time, since 1977. The Wong family began the business in order to send their kids to college.

It has scrumptious orange chicken. The pineapple chicken fried rice isn't bad either, though perhaps not the greatest pairing with the orange chicken. Note to self.

I'm picky about meat. This chicken is fresh and has great texture. The orange sauce outside is really yummy.

The honey walnut prawns are great, too. This was my guy's order, but I got a bite. The candied walnuts are good enough to qualify as dessert, and there is more deliciousness in store.

Dinner finishes off with chocolate dipped fortune cookies. They are so good! I'm so happy right now.
If you're in Union City, this restaurant is worth a visit, two, or quite a few.
