Location
Rose & Edward Espresso is hidden amidst a string of residential streets in the beautiful leafy suburb of Windsor, an inner northern suburb approximately 3.5km from Brisbane's central business district. Largely residential in nature, Windsor is home to many beautiful old Queenslanders which can be found on many of the streets in this suburb; the streets surrounding this quiet cafe hidden in the backstreets is no exception. Perhaps park a bit further and take a quick pre-or-post meal stroll; you'll be blessed with the views of these magnificent houses, chock full of history and stories of times past. Despite being located so close to the City, there is plenty of unlimited free street parking available near the cafe, even on weekdays during business hours.

Seating
Rose & Edward Espresso has plenty of outdoor seating enclosed within an open courtyard, complete with plenty of shade and respite from the heat. The layout of this cafe is unique, in that the counter and food preparation area is located in smack bang in the middle; with seating surrounding the kitchen in all directions, acting as a perimeter. Choose from larger tables to cater for bigger parties, or smaller tables for a more intimate meal, or even opt for the bar style tables and chairs for a more relaxed vibe.

Food & Drink
There is a wide variety of food options available at Rose & Edward Espresso, from light meals
(such as toast with condiments, fruit and nut toast, and a ham and cheese croissant) to hearty meals
(such as 'The Dirty Burger' and 'The Cure' - known to most as 'Big Breakfast'), and everything in between
(such as 'The Salmon Salad' and 'The Chicken Salad'). Rose & Edward puts a unique twist on some of their items, with some interesting name choices including 'The Naughty One'
(french toast with grilled banana, vanilla bean ice cream and maple syrup) and 'The Bircher'
(cranberry and pink lady apple juice soaked bircher muesli topped with Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey). There are also some additional goodies available at the counter.
To match their food menu, Rose & Edward also have an extensive drinks menu, with a range of hot and cold drinks to suit all seasons. In addition to your coffees, milkshakes and juices, Rose & Edward also have several smoothies to choose from, including 'The Very Berry'
(mixed berries and banana blended with cranberry juice and ice), 'The Green Smoothie'
(spinach, mixed berries, banana, green powder blended on coconut water), and 'Mango Bliss'
(mango, ice cream, passionfruit, honey, ice and milk).

Both pawrents and parents are welcome to bring their little ones along - everyone is welcome here at Rose & Edward Espresso! There is a communal water bowl available for furbabies to peruse while visiting the premises, with the possibility of scoring a free
Schmackos treat (or two) from one of the friendly staff members. What lucky pups! For parents, Rose & Edward has highchairs available for use should it be required. But, best of all, this cafe has a play area just for kids, complete with green astroturf grass, a kiddy's table, and of course, a variety of toys! Don't fret about not being able to enjoy your meal while it's still hot, because there's plenty of fun and exciting things to keep your little ones occupied.
