The South of France comes to Sydney's East

The inaugural Rosé Bay Festival is set to take over Woollahra Sailing Club on Saturday, 22 December 2018.

In the tradition of French Christmas markets, eventgoers can expect a tantalising showcase of the best rosé and other wines from France and Australia, alongside authentic French food and boutique market stalls.

The harbourside location and summer's day setting is sure to make any last-minute gifting an absolute delight!

From 1pm, come along and enjoy:

  • Over 30 rosé wines on offer for tasting from France and Australia

  • Laurent Perrier named Champagne Bar Provider showcasing its unique Cuvée Rosé

  • Oysters flown in via Seaplane by Empire Lounge and The Australian Oyster Coast

  • French wines for tasting include Mirabeau, AIX Rosé, Chateau Les Mesclances

  • Australian offering includes Hunter Valley-based Vinden Estate (5 stars James Halliday, 2018), Pierre D'Amour Rosé from Calabria Family Wines and Rozina Rosé from Mad Hatters Winery

  • Fizz Fella's Prosecco Vans serving their signature Sparking Rosé

  • Pop up market stalls, boutique enclosure and live music complete harbour side vibe

    In addition to the extensive array of wines on offer, the event will also feature specialist food providers including Australia's Oyster Coast Appellation Oysters complete with tasting notes from Rose Bay's Sydney Seaplanes & Empire Lounge – flown in especially for the occasion.

    Adding to the food line up are Paris grade Baguettes from French favourite Surry Hills-based Lavie & Belle Bakery, Saucisson from La Bastide's named "The most authentic saucisson in the country", select French cheeses from Penny's Cheese shop and quiche from Delice de Paris.

    The rosé wave doesn't stop at wine however with the theme carrying through to summer fashion with menswear label MJ Bale supporting its Brosé fans with an exceptional collection of Rosé coloured jackets, shirts and shorts – perfect for the rosé season. A selection of MJ Bale fashions will be present on the day.

    Rosé Bay Wine Festival is set to be a stunning alternative to crowded shopping malls! Where else would you rather be on the last Saturday before Christmas!
