Going to
Roraima Nursery is like going for a walk through the Botanic Gardens. It is a great place to go for a look, to buy plants from, or to check out exotic plants and statues.

Cactus plants, Roraima Nursery
I went there with my sister to buy one specific plant. Forty dollars and about two hours later, I came out loaded down with plants. I am into succulents and Roraima Nursery has a huge range of succulent plants, some that I had never seen before.
Roraima Nursery is in Lara, on the outskirts of Geelong, Victoria. It specialises in drought tolerant, unusual and exotic plants. Roraima Nursery also has a large variety of native trees, ferns, palms and bottle trees, and as mentioned above, a large selection of succulents and cacti.
Roraima Nursery also has a range of unique metal sculptures that are created by a local Geelong artist. All the metal sculptures displayed at Roraima Nursery are for sale, or the artist can customise a sculpture for you, if you have your own idea or design.

Bromeliads, Roraima Nursery
If you go to Roraima, be prepared to spend a few hours wandering around the rows and rows of plants on display. Ask the staff any questions about plants, drought resistant plants, flowering plants, tropical plants, etc. and they will be happy to answer your questions. Whether you want inspirational ideas for your garden or if you are after a particular unique plant, Roraima is a truly wonderful "garden adventurers" day out.
