Begin the day with THE Gold Coast landmark icon - Q1 - Australia's Tallest Residential Tower.
SkyPoint Observation Deck is located on Level 77 of Q1 in Surfers Paradise. If you're a bit of a daredevil there is also a "Sky Walk Climb" which will have you climbing the outside of the building at 270 meters above sea level, but the views are breathtaking with a 360 degree view of the Gold Coast. The Sky Walk Climb starts at just $49 per person.
If this is not your cup of tea, then why not have a cup of tea amongst the clouds with their continental breakfast for just $19.00 (includes free entry (normally $21.00) to the Observation Deck).
Set off in search of sun, sea and sand. Depending on where you're staying, each Gold Coast suburb has a great beach. But why not try something new and exciting!
SUP or Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the newest craze to hit the Gold Coast. Not only is it fun and adventurous but it's great for fitness. Lessons are available at Budds Beach, Surfers Paradise or Main Beach.
No trip to the Gold Coast would be complete without a day out at one of our fabulous theme parks. Take your pick and they'll give you the world - Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movie World, Wet N Wild World. Try to aim for an afternoon entry because there's a spectacular dinner and show just across the road.
After taking a one-day-holiday at one of the "worlds", why not jump across the street and step into a legendary story at the Australian Outback Spectacular, featuring Spirit of the Horse, a Tribute to Phar Lap. Your ticket includes the Show, 3 Course Dinner, Drinks (during the show) and a Souvenir Stockman's Hat. Doors open at 6.15pm.
If you've decided to stay for the weekend, why not indulge and taste a little bit of heaven at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat (Tallebudgera Valley), partly owned by our very own Hugh Jackman.
Hugh and wife "Deb", as he affectionately refers to her, were so impressed with Gwinganna they have now become investors in the retreat. Whenever his busy filming schedule allows, Hugh chooses to spend a week at Gwinganna to relax.

It has the usual facilities: Pool, Spa, Sauna, Gym and Tennis Courts, as well as wellness activities, including Qi Gong, Yoga and Pilates and the cuisine that makes this retreat stand out from the rest.
