River Circuit or Ocean Tour? - Image: Noosa Jetski Hire FB Page
Noosa Jetski Hire offer River Circuits or Ocean Tours - a fun way to be together - you can ride pillion and hang on for the ride of your life. The 'River Circuit' route is on the Noosa River and is a safe and controlled environment, whereas the 'OceanTour' experience will be one not easily forgotten - into the pristine Laguna Bay, where you can jump the waves of the Noosa Bar on the way out. The Ocean Tour takes you around the Noosa National Park, where dolphins can be spotted, across to the bay to the Noosa North Shore and then back to the river mouth. A perfect way to see everything Noosa has to offer at high-speed - sounds like a whirlwind sight-seeing tour to me!

Take Kitesurfing Lessons - Image: Elaine de Wet
This is an activity that has long been on my 'wish' list so why not organise a two hour Beginners Kitesurfing lesson (unless, of course you've already mastered this fun activity) for you and your partner at Ocean Addicts at 103 Aerodrome Road, Maroochydore. This is sure to be a fun, competitive way to spend a day outdoors in the sun and show off your prowess to your partner and let them know how it's done - they'll be impressed with how you can handle a kite in the water.

7. Enjoy the Gentle Giants of the Deep

Sunreef Mooloolaba is the first company offering swimming with whales right here on the Sunshine Coast. What a magnificent experience this will be, swimming with these huge, gentle mammals of the deep. The boat leaves from Mooloolaba and once a whale is spotted, the boat is put into neutral approximately one hundred metres away from the whale; if the conditions are deemed to be safe by the trained crew, the swimmers are permitted into the water holding on to a floating line attached to the boat. This is a totally natural experience and will be determined by the whale's own terms, who are naturally curious creatures. A life-changing experience - one that you and your partner will remember forever.
Sunreef Mooloolaba are at The Wharf Mooloolaba, 123 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba, Queensland. For more information, click
