Born in New York into a prominent Ukrainian musical family, he began the study of piano at age four and gave his first full recital at age seven.
A graduate of the famous Juilliard School in New York, he is one of the most travelled of concert pianists, having played in more countries than almost all others. As of 2013, he has played concerts in over 95 countries.
Described by the New York Times as having 'uncommon skill and facility,' Mr Rudnytsky is currently touring Australia for the 18th time bringing the pleasure of classical music to residents of many regional towns and cities.
Roman Rudnytsky performs for one night only on the 8th July to an intimate audience at Edgecombe Brothers Winery and Café.
Ticket numbers are limited, so book early. Tickets are $35, which includes a cup of homemade soup (Vegetarian option available), crusty bread, a glass of wine and unlimited tea and coffee, as well as Mr Rudnytsky's virtuoso performance.
