Rolloways Leisure Centre is a roller skating rink located in O'Connor. It originally opened in Cannington in 1985. It has been operating for over 30 years, making it one of the oldest (and most beloved) roller skating rinks based in Perth.

I can remember going to Rolloways as a kid. I was always terrible at roller skating, and like many, was scared of falling on my butt, but I didn't let my fear stop me from going out onto the rink. Like many, I liked the party atmosphere, the flashing lights, the music and purchasing goodies from the snack bar.

Rolloways is still a great place to take kids. They have an amazing sound system, talented DJ's, an arcade stocked with games and a cafe. They are a popular place for children's birthday parties and they regularly host themed roller skating nights like Black and White themed night, Disney themed night, 80's themed night and more.

On Saturday, June 16 they will be hosting a Pokemon themed night from 7pm to 10pm. Cost of admission will be $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the venue. Fancy dress is encouraged. The person best dressed as their favourite Pokemon character will win an award. It's going to be a fun evening for everyone.
