'Cos that's how we roll

With summer slowly creeping up on us, it's time to get that body moving with a great alternative to the gym, and it's called Rollerfit. While not only for exercise, Rollerfit classes are also fun and available all year round. Anything that makes exercising fun is a winning combo in my opinion and its the perfect activity to do with a bunch of friends.

Roll your way to fitness the fun way

Located in Tempe, there is sure to be a Rollerfit class to suit you with classes for all ages and levels. Thursday's at 6pm and Sundays at 4pm, the classes cater for all skill levels while on Sundays there are additional classes for Juniors (3pm) and Artistic Training at (5pm).

Taught by Skate Australia accredited coaches, expect to work up a sweat in each class as you learn the basics, increase your cardio endurance, flexibility, core strength, agility and balance with exercises, games, activities and dance.
