Roleystone Autumn Market and Concert will be held on Sunday March 1 from 3.00pm to 8.00pm, with Roleystone Musicians Club providing live music from 5.00pm to 9.00pm. There will be ponies, face painting, animals, bouncy castle and plenty of stalls and food vendors.

The little village of Roleystone located high in the Hills, 30 kilometres south east of Perth, invites you to experience twilight in a unique location as you wander among the stalls.

Variety

100 handpicked stalls ensure something for all tastes with a great range of excellent quality home grown and handmade products. Roleystone Markets maintain variety by only allowing a few of the same types of vendors to trade on the day.

The focus is on handmade, handcrafted arts crafts and produce. Food vendors and Not For Profit groups providing activities ensure Roleystone Autumn Market is a great family day out.

Plenty of Space to Run, Stroll or Sit

The huge area allows for a people friendly layout of the stalls, with space to move. Large grassed areas are perfect for the kids to run around (even a skate park) and a great spot to enjoy the twilight concert.

After a leisurely stroll in a great Hills location and choosing your unique locally made gift from the many and varied stalls; settle down (bring a blanket or chair, enjoy a drink or snack from the many food vendors) and relax into the twilight with live music.

Evening on the Green

The Roleystone Musicians Club will once again host the Twilight Concert in the Park , presenting 'Wurkin for Nuthin', a dIRE sTRAITS tribute. MC Mascotia, Game of Tones, The Righteous Few, Braxton Hicks, Cactus Rose, Placid, Scentless Apprentice and Dave & Evie will round out a great day in the Hills.

Check out what the 'blokes' are up to

The Roleystone Men's Community Shed will have some great products demonstrating the fruits of their activities, with ideas for gifts or for your own home.

If you are a 'bloke', why not enquire about becoming a part of 'blokes helping blokes'. They are always looking for new members and welcome men of all ages (over 16 at present). To join, please see their " How to Join " website, call Phil: 0429 688 844 or email [email protected] and be part of something extremely fulfilling.

A barrow load of Strawberry plants

Visit the Roleystone Community Garden stall and check out the barrow load of strawberry plants for sale. Just ask for advice and ensure you reap a good harvest from your new plant. This is a great activity for kids, as they literally eat the fruit of their labour.

To become a member you do not need any experience or knowledge, just an enjoyment of gardening. Everyone learns from each other and a qualified Horticulturist is in the group. The gardening is not heavy work, friendly and all produce is shared. Check out their website for more in information (and maybe rent a plot). All ages are welcome.
