The Rocks Friday Foodie Market has got you covered with an enticing range of international food to enjoy, every Friday between 9am and 3pm - with extended late night trading on Friday 11th, 18th and 25th January, until 6pm. This means that you pop on over to The Rocks for a sweet pastry for morning tea, a burger for lunch, a gozleme for dinner and gelato for dessert!
Food stalls at the markets include Arepas La Reina (Venezuelan), Dare Gozmole, Jarrod's Shakes n Snags, Umai Sushi, Giorgi's Gelato, Emporium of Chocolate, Lokma-nia (Turkish doughnuts) and oh, so much more. The stallholders change their menu regularly, so if you go one night, then you will see a different array of selections when you go again. As well as the amazing smells, tastes and food sensations at the markets, there will also be live music filling the air and other markets selling a range of unique artistry and gifts. The extended hours for the markets means that when they leave the office at 5pm, they can go back again for one last hour until the markets pack up at 6pm. It is the perfect time to catch up with friends, try a new stall they have always wanted to try and then hit the town afterwards. It is Friday night, after all!
