The annual will be back again this year on Saturday 3rd December 2022. It will be bigger and better than ever. In previous years, over 7,000 people have attended this MEGA event that is proudly supported by Rockhampton Regional Council, Stanwell and RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service.



RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service and its' volunteers are coordinating the market and food stalls at this year's event. RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service is a rapid response and helicopter rescue in the Capricorn Region. If you would like to join the festive at this event and would like a spot for market and food stalls, please secure your site and email [email protected]. All the market and food stalls fee will go to support RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service so they can continue to deliver a vital, life-saving service, providing the fastest and most efficient means of rapid deployment of medical and rescue teams to major accidents, incidents, inter-hospital transfers, counter disaster and search and rescue missions in the Central Queensland region.

Bring the kids along for a fun and energetic evening at the CBD Christmas Fair starting from 5pm to 9pm. Taking place in the heart of Rockhampton City, the CBD Christmas Fair is a free community event that celebrates the start of the festive season. Enjoy arts and crafts, live entertainment, food, market stalls, an appearance from Santa and more!
