Last year, Maestre was joined on the cooking stage by celebrity chef Anna Gare who has made Denmark her home, along with Denmark restaurant Pepper & Salt chef, Silas Masih.
Gare will return to Rockcliffe to share the cooking stage with former MasterChef finalist Schofield for the fourth annual markets.
Justine, who is on Channel 10 with her Everyday Gourmet TV show also runs a boutique catering company, writes recipe books, writes a column for taste.com.au magazine and makes appearances at food events around Australia.
She says she will be showing people how to take fabulous local produce and create delicious simple recipes.
Schofield says she is really looking forward to getting her hands on local produce, particularly marron, which she wants to showcase using recipes from her latest book Simple Every Day.

Light rain didn't dampen the spirits of the crowd last year who packed in to the winery grounds to check out the quality Great Southern produce, local artisans at the market and to be entertained with live music and cooking demonstrations.
Schofield will be joined by Gare, who has been seen on a range of national television programs including Junior MasterChef Australia, The Great Australian Bake Off, The Best in Australia and Quickies in my Kitchen.
The family-friendly event, which runs from 5pm to 9pm, is free, but does have a $5 per car charge payable on the day.
