Chapel Street Precinct has been inspired by the year we've had - like something fresh out of a sci-fi novel; but would have liked to have returned it to the library after the first couple of chapters. In the spirit of out-of-this-world experiences, strap in, as this Precinct is set to become home to a shipload of jaw-dropping, mind-boggling guests in the New Year.

Adding to a slew of breathtaking bars, eateries and stores; heading our way, an army of larger-than-life space robots in the mix, between 14-31 January 2021. Put those dates in the diary as you're not going to want to miss this spectacle! These guests will be commandeering unique locations within the precinct – Grattan Gardens, Prahran Square, the Chapel Off Chapel forecourt and 402 Chapel Street South Yarra (construction site) – each robot more impressive and colossal than the next.


Up to 17 metres in height, these interactive displays of intergalactic awe will be attention-grabbing by day, and breathtaking by night! You'll need to make sure you have your phones all charged up because this is an Instagram opportunity you don't want to miss! Up-cycled masterpieces, get ready for vibrant lights, electric energy and streets of FREE family fun! Chapel Street Precinct's Robot SPACEland is one small step for man, but one giant fortnight of fun for all of Melbourne-kind. This is just one of many a Chapel Adventure to have. Don't choose boring, choose Chapel! There's an adventure to suit everyone.
