Macquarie University Robo Camps

These school holidays, the Macquarie University Robotics Team, Thunder Down Under will be hosting Robo Camps for children as young as K-2, all the way through to high schoolers.

These holiday workshops run for one day or a two day 'camp' for the older children.

Learn how the basics with Lego Robotics or the older children can move into NXT/EV3 Robot and take on more advanced robotic challenges.

The Beginner Camp, is a one day affair for the K-2 school aged students on the 21st of September, with a 2 day workshop for the 3-6 graders, 22nd - 23rd September.

The Intermediate camps are on the 24th -25th September for both experienced 3-6 graders or 7-12 high schoolers.

So give your kids a chance to find a new hobby, and who knows, you may find your teenager wanting to join a team for the competitive Robotics competition, the varsity sport for the mind.
