When was the last time you went to a cafe and felt relaxed? Do you even remember a time when you didn't have to dodge all the other patrons just to get to your seat?

I come from breakfast at a changed woman. Forget the bad coffee and overcrowded cafes of the past and head down to the Nursery Cafe, that ticks all the boxes.

Nestled in the South Morang Gorge, a picturesque dining experience awaits those who choose to eat at the quietly famous Nursery Cafe. Overlooking a tranquil duck pond and the beautiful rugged gorge, soothing music eases you into an incredible culinary experience.

I arose bright and early last Saturday morning for breakfast and I was met with a beautiful sunny morning, amazing Moroccan poached eggs and a coffee to rival some of the CBD's finest. All for measly $20. I would have paid that solely for the diligent service alone! Booking is recommended, especially on weekends as even in the early morning, the cafe soon reached capacity.

After a heavenly breakfast, visiting the charming gift shop left my purse strings definitely in need of tightening. It was full of beautiful homewares and those one of a kind gifts you would just love somebody to buy you.

is not just a Nursery Café. This magnificent establishment has it all; an extensive nursery, function rooms perfect for every event, a hair and beauty spa and even a fitness centre.

So take a scenic drive down to the Gorge and visit to see what all the fuss is about. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
