Scenic South Coast Accomodation
With views of the tidal Moruya River, sprawling paddocks and mountain ranges, the Riverbreeze Tourist Park in Moruya is a peaceful place to stay for those seeking an escape from the city. Budget-friendly, catering toward those wanting a cabin or a caravan spot, and walking distance from Moruya town centre - there is a lot going for this holiday park!
Enjoy some sunshine and fresh country air with this view.
Choose from a range of cabins, villas, units and caravan spots. The cabins/villas are spacious, containing either single beds, double beds or bunk beds. Air-conditioning means you won't have to worry about trying to sleep in summer mugginess or icy winter weather. All creature comforts - kitchenette, bathroom, and televisions are provided. Smaller cabins are recommended for the more budget-conscious.
Being on the river, the site is ideal for direct access to fishing, swimming, paddling, and boating. A surfing beach at Moruya Heads is also easily accessible by car or boat. Also close by, for nature-lovers, is the Deua National Park, and Bingie Dreaming Track. If you just can't get enough of the water, parking your caravan literally on the banks of Moruya River, here at Riverbreeze would be perfect.
Stroll the peaceful grounds of Riverbreeze and savour the beautiful surrounds!
On the grounds is a communal camp kitchen with a microwave, large hot plate, 4 burner gas stove, and a full fridge. Other facilities include kayak/dinghy hire, a swimming pool, a tennis court, outdoor barbecue area, and wi-fi. Not to mention, they are happy to have your pets as well.
You will also be super close to the town-centre - a five minute walk over the bridge. Just be careful when it is windy. If it weren't for hanging on tightly to the railings I think we would have been blown onto the road! Every Saturday morning, across the river, you'll find the Moruya country markets. Featuring over 100 stalls of handmade goods and tasty treats, this is worth a visit. There is additionally the town tavern, cafes, and a supermarket to stock up on any goods you may need back at the campsite.
If you don't feel like wandering this far, there is a service station next to Riverbreeze as well as a pub for a hearty feed and a drink. At night this place plays host to some live music and entertainment.
