This is a fringe event like no other and not your regular group fitness class. This is a workout for your body and mind.

In today's busy world we can be active and keep up with a healthy diet but do you really look after your mind and well-being? There is a lot more to looking after to yourself, yes exercise and diet are some main factors but do you really ever consider your mental health, environment, body image and your sleeping patterns.

Rise and Shine is debuting here in Adelaide and is presented by Kyla Michelle. Kyla was born in Adelaide and is a lover of performing arts and passionate about being positive and looking after our body and mind. She was very friendly and inviting and she wanted to bring something different to the Adelaide fringe with a not so regular group fitness class. She wants to bring light to some topics that do not get spoke about often but are very important.

Kyla talks us through some eye opening and serious topics while engaging in physical movements along to some familiar songs. The class is very positive, interactive and lots of fun.

Located just off Rundle Mall, outside Basem3nt Studios, 15-17 Featherstone Place you will work out with fresh air under the vines in this relaxing outdoor environment. There will be coffee, water and toilet facilities available. This is an event for all fitness levels and ages, however there is physical movement required to participate.

Although this is a free event Kyla is passionate about fundraising money for shine foundation. 100 percent of the money she raises will go to the foundation, so bring along some shrapnel and help out.

Get prepared to leave feeling invigorated, positive and inspired. Work on your positive mindset and positive well-being with this amazing event.

Wear comfortable clothing.
