is surely the best way to recover from winter flu pains and aches. I bypassed the local chemist hoping to find a more natural approach to recovery from over a week of flu. Apparently I'm lucky to be on my feet given I have heard many have been suffering for a lot longer.

[ADVERT]Rin's Thai massage style promised an improvement in my well-being and the ability to promote circulation, vitality, relation, flexibility and general health. I went to Rin's with a multitude of winter ailments including blocked sinuses, facial pain, neck and back pain from lying down and absolutely no clarity of thought. I have only just had this massage and I'm now comfortably sitting at my computer with only a very small amount of discomfort.

I was laid down in a large recliner and ordered the 'head and neck' massage. Tiger Balm Oil was offered which I gratefully accepted as I knew it would assist in breathing as well as easing muscle ache. My masseur was a genius. She found pressure points in my neck and arms and skilfully rubbed until the flu symptoms resided and I was nearly asleep in the big chair.

I can fully recommend Rin's for a pleasant and professional Thai massage, particularly if you are recovering from ill health. Their focus was on taking their time and ensuring I was fully satisfied with their work.
